Hearts of Hope is a community outreach program designed to provide a unique opportunity for individuals, families and groups to reach out and offer caring compassionate support to those in need.
Hearts of Hope are beautifully hand painted 3" keepsake hearts given to individuals through two programs: Healing Hearts and Hearts for Heroes.Hearts provide messages of caring, hope, and support through personalized greeting cards.Groups of all sizes area invited to participate.
Gifts of Hearts of Hope have been given to over 12,000 recipients since 2002. These include: (1) those whose lives have been altered by life-threatening disease; (2) those whose loved ones have died; and (3) actively serving and retired military personnel throughout the world.
