The “TCA” is a non-profit New Jersey corporation with a nine-member Board of Trustees, all of whom either reside in or own businesses in Towaco. The Mission of the TCA is as follows: * Preserving the general rural character of Towaco; * Fostering the planned and reasonable development and preservation of land in Towaco; * To disseminate information regarding issues of interest and concerns to our membership;
* Preserving the Towaco Valley Acquifer, Montville Township's primary source of drinking water; * Fostering a sense of community with Montville Township;
* Educating the public regarding the history and contributions of Towaco and its members;
* Encouraging the participation of Towaco residents in civic activities. Stay tuned for news on future meetings already in the planning, as well as a forthcoming website.
