The Montville Kiwanis Club has moved the location of its dinner meetings to the Montville Inn located at 167 Main Rd Montville beginning in September, 2007. Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month and start at 6:30 p.m. For directions, call (973) 263-9713. The Montville Kiwanis Club is a member of Kiwanis Club International. There are more than 8,400 Kiwanis clubs worldwide with nearly 280,000 members in 96 nations. Kiwanians are men and women from all walks of life, united in their commitment to serving children and their communities worldwide. The Montville Kiwanis Club community service projects have included the improvements at Camp Dawson; the Playground at the Community Park; thousands of pounds of books collected and shipped to needy school districts through the SEBB (Share Education By the Book) Book Collection; lighting the first little league baseball field in town; distributing food to our neighbors during the holidays; and much more.
